We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If things didn't work out quite the way you expected, we are here to help you find a solution.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We will replace a product that is damaged or incorrectly printed if requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Please attach a few photos of the product you received, as well as what you originally ordered.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To ensure we handle your request as quickly as possible, please contact us directly to discuss your options. Please note that all returns must be logged within 7 days of receiving your item. We are unable to accept return requests made after this 7-day period.
Please take note of the following guidelines:
- Condition: Items should be returned in the same condition they arrived in, including original packaging if possible.
- Shipping: We will provide specific instructions on where to send your items once your return is authorized. You will be charged a delivery fee for this
To get the ball rolling, please include the following details in your message:
- Order Number (found in your confirmation email)
- Full Name (First and Surname)
- Reason for Return (This helps us improve our products and service)
THE PROCESS
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return request, we’ll communicate with you about the best delivery options available. After a delivery method is confirmed and the delivery fee has been settled, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from your address. As soon as we receive the returned item back, we will get your refund processed for you.
