Shipping policy
Welcome to the family! We know you’re excited to get your hands on your order. To keep things running smoothly across our beautiful South Africa, here is everything you need to know about how we get our products from our suppliers to your doorstep (or locker).
DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer two convenient ways for you to get your package:

Pudo Locker (See here for locker locations). Our supplier will make use of Courier Guy's Pudo service. When choosing this option, please enter the address of the Pudo locker you would like us to deliver to.
NB! If you enter a home address when choosing this option, we will contact you to ask for your nearest Pudo locker address. -
Door Delivery. Our supplier will deliver your package directly to your home address. When choosing this option, please enter the home address you would like us to deliver to.
NB! If you enter a Pudo Locker address when choosing this option, we will contact you to ask for your home address.
Please Note: While we will help you fix an address mismatch, we do not allow a change in the delivery method itself (e.g., switching from Door Delivery to Pudo) once the order has been placed.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Note: We only deliver within the borders of South Africa.
We believe in honesty over "marketing fluff." Here is the realistic timeline for your order:
- Supplier Processing: It takes our suppliers an average of 5–7 business days to pack and ship your order. They are overachievers and often ship sooner, but please allow for this window.

Courier Transit: Once the courier has your package, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is on the move, you will receive a shipping confirmation email featuring your tracking number. You can use this to stalk your package (we do it too) until it arrives safely.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives looking like it went ten rounds with a rugby team, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hoezit@kommin.co.za or +27 76 343 5364. For packages lost in transit, we will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue for you.
